After completing a 4-month program, you can schedule follow-up appointments with me to help you stay on track with your newly created habits. After your 4 month program, you’ll be loaded with knowledge on health and you will have tried many new foods, recipes and lifestyle habits. Sustainable change takes time so I offer you ongoing support to help you stay on track with consistently applying these healthy habits.
During these follow-up sessions, you’ll share the topics, concerns, challenges and questions that you want to address, and we’ll explore these together. Keep in mind that we will be talking about topics other than just food since it’s all connected and the goal is to help you have a fulfilling, satisfying life.
Cost of a 60-minute session: $160 (Save $30 by purchasing a package of 3 sessions for $450).
Prerequisite: Completion of a 4-month program
Session Format: In-person, Zoom, Skype or phone appointments available (in-person appointments preferred)
